Dr. David Turner has been associated with Jyoti Children’s Development Foundation since 1990 and has been a supporter of longstanding including visit to Jyoti India. Dr. Turner is currently working as the President and Chief Executive Officer for Premier Medical Appeals located in Houston, Texas. Dr. Turner currently lives in Fulshear, Houston, Texas USA.
