In order to make the children self-reliant and create job opportunities the school provides them with technical knowledge in the following disciplines

Leather: A professional leather specialist trains the students on every thing about leather qualities, designing and leather craft, including shoe making. Some of the trainees have already been placed with a shoe manufacturing unit at Kanpur.

Sewing: A trained teacher helps children to learn and make fully stitched garments and linen.

Typing: Most students from this class graduate to the Computer classes. We recognize this as a very basic skill today.

Computer Training: Our fully equipped computer laboratory currently covers all basic skills in computers.

Electrical: All kinds of electrical repairs including motor winding are taught here. For this course there is also a tie-up with the Ambedkar Institute for the Handicapped, Kanpur.

Screen printing: One of the most popular skills at the school, it is easy to be adapted for the hearing handicapped and source for gainful employment or even self employment.
